01. OVERVIEW

Palla is a tech startup that partners with Fintechs and Financial Institutions to enable cross-border payments in seconds from the US to other countries, a $65BN a year market. Today’s money movement industry is slow, time-consuming, and inconvenient for all parties, as it's a mostly cash-based process. Palla bundles complimentary financial services, including cross-border payments, that offer an opportunity to increase deposits, spend and engagement for Fintechs and Financial institutions customers.

2. MAIN PROJECT

When I joined the company, the team was already working on building the first version of a Business Payments Platform for end-to-end tracking. The Palla Dash allows our partners to transparently view the lifecycle of money movement from senders to receivers in one place in addition to controlling any organizational settings and customization.

I am the designer of the project and work closely with the engineering and business team to understand what feature is missing and how we can enhance the user experience of the product.
